Blueprint Cafe reveals new head chef
Legendary London restaurant Blueprint Cafe has been serving customers in Shad Thames since 1992 – and its new chef hasn’t been around that much longer. This week, Rudolphe – or Rudi – Warner was announced as the waterside restaurant’s new head chef. The 30-year-old comes to the role from a tenure at L’oscar as sous chef, following stints at Ollie Dabbous’s restaurants Dabbous and Hide, as well as Michelin-starred seafood spot Angler. It’s been a good month for young chefs – last week, the Grill at The Dorchester opened with Tom Booton at the helm. Booton oversees a team all under 30, and is just 26-years-old himself.
